Victoria Discusses Her Relationship with Shaun from Big Brother Naija

Finalist from Big Brother Naija Season 9, Victoria, recently shared insights about her relationship with fellow contestant, Shaun Okojie.

Initially, Victoria and Shaun were partnered in the house as “Shatoria,” until Biggie separated them.

Even though Shaun began a romantic involvement with another housemate, Wanni, shortly after entering the house, there were speculations about a prior relationship between him and Victoria before the show commenced.

During a fan interaction on X, Shaun denied the allegations of a romantic history with Victoria before their time on the show.

In a recent chat with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, Victoria confirmed that she and Shaun did have some history, admitting that their relationship had been complicated by petty quarrels during lockdown.

She also revealed that Wanni, Shaun’s girlfriend in the show, had inquired about her past with Shaun before their relationship began.

“To be honest, Shaun and I had our share of misunderstandings during the lockdown; we often argued over trivial matters. Once we entered the house, Shaun found someone to confide in, while I navigated my feelings alone,” Victoria explained.

“I entered the house prepared not to form attachments, as my expectations are pretty high. From the beginning, I didn’t find anyone appealing. Even Wanni asked about my history with Shaun, and I told her there was nothing going on,” she concluded.
